TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract shall consist of the supply of containers for the 5 fractions that are currently managed in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in order to increase the number of containers for each fraction of the municipal solid waste collection service, specifically: residual waste, organic waste, packaging, glass and paper-cardboard. The containers shall be new, for the collection of municipal solid waste by means of automated monooperator bilateral loading. The collection system and the opening of the discharge hatches must be compatible with the automated monooperator bilateral loading collection trucks available to the Sant Andreu de la Barca City Council (Easy system collector, brand Norte Engineering), without requiring any modifications or adaptations. The PPT includes and justifies the minimum technical characteristics of the containers to be supplied.
