The contract timeline is structured as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The provision of services will begin the day after the contract is formalized.
• Total Duration:
• For Lots Nº 1 and Nº 2, the execution period is 3 months.
• For Lot Nº 3, the execution period is 8 months.
• These periods are established in point 8 of the cover sheet of the tender document.
• No extensions are established for these specific periods.
• Extensions (General Possibility):
• The contract may be extended according to Article 29 of the LCSP, if specified in point 8 of the cover sheet.
• Any extension must be approved before the contract's end.
• An extension would be mandatory for the contractor if pre-notified at least two months before the contract's end, and cannot be a result of tacit consent.
• Additionally, the original contract may be extended for a maximum of nine months until a new contract begins, provided the new tender announcement is published at least three months before the original contract's end date. This specific extension is due to unforeseen circumstances and is not considered for the estimated value.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Communication of Total Completion: The contractor has 1 month to communicate the total completion of the contract's services to the administration.
• Reception Period: There is a reception period of 1 month.
• Guarantee Period: A 3-year guarantee period applies, commencing from the date of final reception.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply of various vehicles for institutional transport and municipal brigades.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables are categorized into three lots:

• Lot 1: Supply of one plug-in hybrid SUV type vehicle.
• Lot 2: Supply of one electric sedan type vehicle.
• Lot 3: Supply of two combustion crane trucks with a basket.

The scope also includes the cost of complete vehicles with all components, delivery and registration expenses, and the management of scrapping the vehicles to be replaced.

The execution periods for the contract are three months for Lots 1 and 2, and eight months for Lot 3. A warranty period of three years from the delivery date is also included. Payment will be made upon contract finalization, after vehicle delivery, verification, and completion of the scrapping process for old vehicles.
