Suministro de infraestructura de cómputo, almacenamiento, virtualización, copias de seguridad y comunicaciones para el Centro de proceso de datos de Plan de Vilanoveta para la explotación de la línea Lleida-Terrassa de FGC RAÍL. (Ref. PO119/26)

The contract duration is 3 months, starting from the date of formalization of the contract. The delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the infrastructure must also be completed within a maximum of 3 months from the contracting date. The contract includes a warranty period of 6 months, which begins after the contract is finalized to FGC RAIL's full satisfaction. Additionally, the hardware supplied will have a 3-year warranty from the date of commissioning, which includes a 3-year proactive maintenance service.

The core scope of work for this tender, titled "Subministrament d'Infraestructura aplicacions i serveis Lleida-Terrassa" (Supply of Infrastructure for applications and services Lleida-Terrassa), is to implement a robust, scalable, resilient, and highly available technological infrastructure. This infrastructure is intended to host the central systems necessary for the operation of the Lleida-Terrassa line, ensuring operational continuity of railway services, providing a platform for future growth, increasing availability and recovery capacity, improving security, and ensuring efficient exploitation of services and corporate applications.

The project specifically involves the supply and placement of equipment at the Pla de Vilanoveta CPD to provide computing resources, storage, backup copies, and an internal network for FGCRail's operational support systems.

Key deliverables and activities explicitly stated include:

• Supply and installation of equipment: This comprises a cabinet, hyper-converged servers, backup equipment, and the necessary network equipment to equip the CPD. All supplied hardware must be placed within the rack and verified as operational, then installed and configured.
• E1 - Detailed Technical Project: A document prepared by the awarded contractor outlining the technical proposal and project execution plan, based on FGCRail's technical requirements and progress meetings.
• E2 - Technical Documentation of Installed Systems: Comprehensive technical documentation for all installed equipment.
• Placement and commissioning of the equipment.
• Tests and validation: The supplier will conduct a series of tests to verify the correct functioning of all installed equipment, which is a prerequisite for system acceptance and commissioning.
• Documentation: The contractor is responsible for generating and submitting all required documents and deliverables for review and approval by FGCRail.
• Project Management.
• Technical warranty and support: All hardware will have a 3-year warranty from the date of commissioning, with support providing a maximum response time of 4 hours and 24x7 coverage. A proactive maintenance service (Complete Care) with 24x7 coverage for 3 years is also included with the equipment purchase.
• Planning and delivery schedule: The provider must present a project execution plan, with a delivery period not exceeding 3 months from the contract date.

The execution of the contract will take place at Pla de Vilanoveta, PI El Segre: Carrer Partida Les Canals s/n, 25191 Lleida.
