The University of Valencia (hereinafter UVEG), for the exercise and development of its activity in the teaching and research, administrative and institutional relations fields, must provide itself with the appropriate software to address the needs involved in the collaborative processing of documents, as well as those arising from teaching and positions with design competencies. 1.- Regarding the collaborative processing of documents, it needs software that allows easy sharing of PDF files so that they can be viewed, reviewed, printed, commented on, and signed, and even their progress can be tracked from any device and any location.
