TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to supply laboratory glass and plastic consumables to the above-mentioned centres, located on the La Grajera Estate and the Enology Station in Haro. The objective is to ensure the proper supply of analytical and R&D&I services provided from these centres to the various companies, administrations and individuals. Therefore, in accordance with Article 16 of Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts, it must be classified as a supplies contract. The purpose of this contract is to supply laboratory glass and plastic consumables to the above-mentioned centres, located on the La Grajera Estate and the Enology Station in Haro. The objective is to ensure the proper supply of analytical and R&D&I services provided from these centres to the various companies, administrations and individuals. Therefore, in accordance with Article 16 of Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts, it must be classified as a supplies contract.
