TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this file is to define the characteristics and specifications that the materials, equipment, facilities and services required for the installation and commissioning of a Mode S secondary radar at the Málaga-2 (Málaga) site must meet, including the installation of the 1090ES receiving antenna system, the comprehensive renewal of the management system (therefore including remote management from the TWR Málaga and ACC Sevilla), the installation of a supervisory transponder, as well as on-site testing (SAT) of the installed equipment. In addition, it will be necessary to adapt the PSR radar to the new Mode S radar installation, which will include the renewal of the management machines and the change in the combiner function to support Mode S data.
