TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works subject to this contract to be carried out by the contractor will generally consist of the following: • Manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of the new lifting devices, reusing the same shafts where the old equipment was located. • Division of the current shaft (common to both elevators) by supplying and installing fire-resistant plasterboard partitions, creating a physical separation between the moving parts of both units along their entire travel to ensure safety and compliance with current regulations. • Dismantling of the existing lifting equipment. • All auxiliary works necessary for the safe replacement of the requested equipment, as well as providing accessibility from them to the 7th floor of the building, as described in the Special Technical Specifications. • Preparation of the technical project of the installation, reports and management of licenses as appropriate for the legalization of the installations, expenses and fees involved, if applicable, initial technical inspection by the accredited body.
