TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this contract is the supply, under lease, including the maintenance of a series of chemical toilets for the Malaga Transport Company, S.A.M. Since it contains both supply provisions and maintenance services, it is a mixed contract pursuant to the provisions of article 15 of Royal Decree-law 3/2020, of 4 February. The contract is configured as a supply according to needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Thirty-third Additional Provision of the LCSP. As a consequence, the exact number of chemical toilets required during the term of the contract cannot be precisely determined. The supply includes distribution, assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance for the use of the goods subject to this contract. For guidance purposes, the locations planned for continuous use chemical toilets are listed in point 3.1 of the PCAP. This list of points and codes is purely indicative and may be modified depending on service needs, without EMTSAM being obliged to maintain a fixed number of cabins nor to install them necessarily in all indicated locations.
