TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the supply, manufacture, assembly, installation, integration and commissioning of Phase 1 of the motorised stage machinery of the Teatro Cervantes in Málaga. This phase includes the dismantling of two bars, one counterweighted and one motorised; the execution of an engine base and a head pulley bench in the second fly gallery; the supply and installation of one motorised variable-speed drum bar, two variable-speed chain motors of 500 kg, two fixed-speed chain motors of 1,000 kg and a 12-metre truss for the acoustic shell; and the implementation of the corresponding control systems, variable speed drives, connection boxes, cabling, cabinets and rack equipment, trunking, power supply lines and secondary panels for stage mechanics, including transport, unloading, stowage and occupational health and safety measures. The scope also includes the auxiliary elements, detailed engineering, tests, the technical documentation and the training required in order to deliver Phase 1 fully completed, integrated, safe and operational, in accordance with the Technical Specification Sheet.
