TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract is the supply, anchoring, installation, and commissioning, on a turnkey basis, of a complete meteo-oceanographic buoy for the environmental monitoring of the works for the Southern Reorganization of the Port of Barcelona, including the floating structure, the anchoring system, the meteorological and oceanographic instrumentation, the acquisition, storage, and data transmission systems, the power supply systems, the monitoring and management software programs, the training of APB personnel, the replacement instrumentation, and any auxiliary elements necessary for its proper functioning. Therefore, the contract has the nature of a mixed contract under the terms provided in Article 18 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, complying with the provisions of Article 34.2 of the same Law, since it involves services directly linked to each other that maintain complementary relationships requiring their consideration and treatment as a functional unit.
