Tuberculosis complex (PCR), Toxina Cl. Difficile (PCR), M. Genitalium (resistances), Chlamydia - Gonococcus, and TBC XDR.
• The platform must have a 10-fluorophore reading capacity in different light spectrum zones.
• Test results must be directly reported by the equipment software without subjective user interpretation.
• An individual closed cartridge system with QR or barcode for correct sample traceability is required.
• The equipment should be modular and scalable, adaptable to the center's needs and allowing individualized sample capacity based on demand.
• A broad portfolio of techniques (to be valued as more than 30, between 20 and 30, or less than 20 tests) is expected.
• Specific capabilities include the detection of Mycoplasma genitalium and azithromycin resistance in less than 140 minutes (targeting mgPA and 23S rRNA genes), and the detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2, Flu A, Flu B, and RSV in less than 40 minutes.
• Quantitative detection of BCR:ABL p210 rearrangement via fully automated RT-qPCR, from mRNA extraction to result interpretation in less than 110 minutes, is also required.
