TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Summa system, which includes the system’s functionalities, implementation, integrations with existing information systems and interfaces, maintenance and support services, and the further development of the solution during the contract period. In the Summa system, summary dispute matters are handled. Summary dispute matters are uncontested matters that the district court resolves in written proceedings. These include, for example, rent receivables, consumer loans, telephone and electricity bills, and matters concerning eviction or the return of possession. Summary summons applications are currently handled in nine district courts. In the target state, summary debt recovery matters are handled using a modern and consistent solution that enables the quick and reliable processing of continuously increasing numbers of applications. In the target-state system, the data to be handled is in structured form, making it easier to search for within the system or via system interfaces.
