TENDER DESCRIPTION

Bank of Finland (hereinafter “the contracting authority” or “the contracting entity”) requests a tender in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel and its appendices, for the implementation of the executives’ training programme and the related additional work (hereinafter “the service”). The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in the appendices to the procurement notice. The contract does not create for the contracting authority any obligation to place orders, nor for the Supplier any exclusive right to provide the service. Based on the competition, one supplier will be selected.
