TENDER DESCRIPTION

Suomen Pankki (hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority” or “contracting unit”) requests a tender in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel and its appendices for the implementation of the training programme for senior officers and the related additional work (hereinafter referred to as the “service”). The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements related to it are described in detail in the appendices to the procurement notice. The contract does not create an obligation for the contracting authority to place orders, nor does it grant the Supplier exclusive rights to provide the service. Based on the competition, one supplier will be selected.
