TENDER DESCRIPTION

Suomen Pankki (hereinafter “the contracting authority” or “the contracting unit”) requests a tender in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel and its appendices for the implementation of a training programme for managers and the related additional work (hereinafter “the service”). The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements concerning it are described in detail in the appendices to the procurement notice. The contract does not create for the contracting authority any obligation to place orders or for the supplier any exclusive right to provide the service. Based on the competition, one supplier will be selected.
