The contract covers the complete digital and commercial operation of the network: 24/7 supervision platform (monitoring, remote operations, data, reporting, energy management), connectivity (SIM and DATA subscriptions), multilingual user hotline 24/7, full incoming and outgoing roaming (the Contractor signs roaming contracts with interoperability platforms - hubs - on behalf of MODULO and invoices mobility operators directly), full payment services (collection on behalf of MODULO under a collection mandate agreement, monthly revenue transfer), user and badge management, mobile application and web pages (with redirection from the MODULO website) in white label, regulatory open data, takeover of the fleet at the start of the contract and full reversibility at the end of the contract.
