The contract covers the complete digital and commercial operation of the network: 24/7 supervision platform (monitoring, remote operations, data, reporting, energy management), connectivity (SIM and DATA subscriptions), multilingual 24/7 user hotline, full perimeter inbound and outbound roaming (the Contractor signs roaming contracts with interoperability platforms - hubs - on behalf of MODULO and invoices mobility operators directly), complete payment systems (collection on behalf of MODULO under a collection mandate agreement, monthly revenue transfer), management of users and badges, mobile application and web pages (with a redirection from the MODULO website) in white label, regulatory open data, takeover of the fleet at the start of the contract and full reversibility at the end of the contract.
