PROCUREMENT OF SUPERVISION SERVICES (CONSULTANCY and SITE SUPERVISION) related to the real estate investment objective: "Investment works at barracks 2749 Mangalia" Project code: 2022-I-2749 for which Contract Agreement A-353 / 11.03.2025 has been concluded; For the realization of the investment, it is proposed to structure the works according to the following real estate investment objects which have the functions described below: • Object 1: Site arrangement Within the site arrangement works, it is proposed to carry out systematization works, site leveling and compaction works, landscaping and planting of vegetation, creation of vehicular and pedestrian alleys and access roads within the site, demolition works of 25 existing buildings on the site out of the 31 present. There are 31 buildings on site, 6 of which are maintained on the land, and the others are proposed to be demolished. The buildings proposed for demolition are as follows: 1.
