TENDER DESCRIPTION

24x7 support service intended to ensure the proper functioning, availability and consistency of the Informix database installed at the Data Processing Centre of BASE-Income Management. The contracting of this support service includes both corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance. The support service to be contracted must respond to the following needs: • Ensure the availability and performance of the Informix database management system. • Manage the basic operations of the various BASE database environments (including Development, PREproduction, PROduction and PROductionDR environments): - Management of databases - Shutdown / stopping of database services - Management and control of the storage layer (space, growth level, behavior, etc.) • Provide information on updates, certifications and version support. • Manage system and software patches. • Carry out periodic reviews of the most critical systems. • Follow the evolution of operating procedures. • Have special support in the event of product issues, on certain critical systems.
