Support-Vertrag TETRA/Bündelfunk Sprechstellensystem

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the measure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for a maximum of 8 years for service to operate a TETRA workstation system already in use at FBB by the manufacturer Hagedorn Informationstechnik GmbH (connected to FBB’s TETRA bundled radio system), including manufacturer-provided 3rd-level support as well as demand-based ordering of supplies and services to ensure and support proper system operation. The services include restoration and maintenance of operational readiness, provision of new software versions, hotline, on-call service, and on-site services. Service components include in particular: • 3rd-level support for complex malfunctions and system failures • Delivery of workstations, accessories, and central server technology • Ordering of project, specialist, and technician services • Optional ordering of IT security services (e.g., patch and vulnerability management) The estimated quantities can be found in the document EA-2026-0121_Schätzmengen_Leistung. The maximum quantity is equal to the estimated quantity +10%.
