TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the measure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for max. 8 years for serviceleistungen for operating a TETRA talk station system already in use at FBB by the manufacturer Hagedorn Informationstechnik GmbH (connected to FBB’s TETRA bundled radio dispatch system), including manufacturer-provided 3rd-level support as well as the on-demand ordering of supplies and services to ensure and support proper system operation. The services include restoration and maintenance of operational readiness, provision of new software versions, a hotline, on-call availability, and on-site services. The service components include in particular: • 3rd-level support for complex malfunctions and system failures • Delivery of talk stations, accessories, and central server technology • Ordering project, specialist, and technician services • Optional ordering of IT security services (e.g. patch and vulnerability management) The estimated quantities are to be taken from the document EA-2026-0121_Schätzmengen_Leistung.
