TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the execution of services for: - Surveillance/interventions on sites 24/7 and opening and closing of premises - Security surveillance and fire safety on certain sites - Remote monitoring of the sites of the University of Angers and related services. It is a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, including a part handled as an ordinary contract, and a part handled as a framework agreement with purchase orders. The "ordinary contract" part concerns lump-sum surveillance, fire safety and remote monitoring services for the sites of the University of Angers described in annex 1 of the commitment act Breakdown of the Global and Lump Sum Price. The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part concerns non-lump sum services described in annex 2 of the commitment act. The framework agreement with maximum is made under the application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
