TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the execution of the services of: - Surveillance/interventions on the sites 24/7 and opening and closing of premises - Security surveillance and fire safety on certain sites - Remote monitoring of the sites of the University of Angers and related services. This is a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part handled in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The "ordinary contract" part concerns the lump sum services of surveillance, fire safety and remote monitoring of the sites of the University of Angers described in annex 1 of the deed of engagement Breakdown of the Global and Lump Sum Price. The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part concerns the services outside the lump sum described in annex 2 of the deed of engagement. The framework agreement with a maximum is concluded pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
