TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the performance of the following services: - Surveillance/interventions on the sites 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and opening and closing of the premises - Security surveillance and fire safety surveillance at certain sites - Remote video surveillance of the University of Angers sites and related services. This is a “composite” framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part handled in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The “ordinary contract” part concerns the lump-sum services of surveillance, fire safety and remote video surveillance of the University of Angers sites described in Annex 1 to the act of commitment (Decomposition of the Global and Lump-Sum Price). The “framework agreement with purchase orders” part concerns the non-lump-sum services described in Annex 2 to the act of commitment. The framework agreement with maximum amount is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique).
