TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the performance of the following services: - Surveillance/interventions on the sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and opening and closing of the premises - Security surveillance and fire safety on certain sites - Remote monitoring of the sites of Angers University and related services. This is a “composite” framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a portion handled in the form of an ordinary contract, and a portion handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The “ordinary contract” portion concerns the lump-sum services for surveillance, fire safety and remote monitoring of the sites of Angers University described in Annex 1 to the commitment act “Global and Lump-Sum Price Breakdown”. The “framework agreement with purchase orders” portion concerns the services outside the lump sum described in Annex 2 to the commitment act. The framework agreement with maximum is awarded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
