TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Mikkeli’s Building Services requests your tender for structural design, consultancy and supervision for repair and alteration works and investments for properties managed and maintained by the City of Mikkeli, including any other documents required for the design site, etc. The content and scope of the works are determined case by case and agreed separately for each project. For defining the content of the works, the Structural Design task list RAK18, RT 103087 including its appendices is used. The schedule of the tasks and the designers to be used are agreed case by case for each project separately. The work assignment also includes visits to the construction site and participation in design meetings. Upon request, the designer named for the work assignment must be able to arrive on site at the latest on the next working day, during official working hours. The subject of the procurement is time-based structural design, consultancy and supervision tasks.
