TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Mikkeli’s Building Services requests your offer for main and architectural design for repair and alteration works and investments of properties under the City of Mikkeli’s ownership and management, including other required documents for the design site, such as any building permit documents, the building method description, room cards, floor plans, etc. The work assignment also includes visits to the construction site and participation in design meetings. The presence of the lead designer during site visits and meetings is mandatory. The designer named for the work assignment must be able, upon request, to arrive on site no later than the following working day, during official working hours. The content and scope of the work are determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed separately for each project. When defining the content of the work, the Architectural Design task list ARK18, RT 103253 is used.
