    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    Construction/transport facilities planning for service phase 3 according to HOAI. This involves creating barrier-free access, extending and raising the platforms of the four stops: Stop Am Münchner Tor (AMT), Stop Anni-Albers-Straße (AAA) and Stop Domagkstraße (DOK), rearrangement of waiting shelters, addition of tactile indicators and railings. Connection to existing structures or new ramps and angle elements for embankment support. The following interfaces are, among others, taken into account and finalized: coordination with LHM regarding asphalt layers and curbstones in subsidiary areas; existing track construction work, such as rail casting and track joints, asphalt covering as well as green tracks on the track bed and beside the rails; track and street drainage as well as other works in the street area and at stops; graphical representation and coordination in the planning process with the specialist planner and the Mobility Department; traffic engineering study; lighting installation planning; construction scheduling and continuous updating of the utility inventory plan are part of the services.
