TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the diaphragm wall cover joints at the Max-Weber-Platz subway station in Munich including necessary concrete repair, earthworks, shoring, sealing, road construction, and utility protection works. The scope of work involves the repair of damaged construction joints between the diaphragm wall and cover structure due to inadequate sealing and corroded reinforcement. This includes the establishment of excavation pits, securing existing supply and disposal lines, removal of protective concrete and damaged concrete using HDW technique, repair or supplementation of reinforcement, installation of concrete replacement systems as well as reconstruction of sealing and protective concrete layers. Afterwards, the surfaces are to be restored. - Excavation pits up to approx. 4 m depth - Excavation of multiple pits - Soldier pile and trench shoring - Concrete removal, concrete replacement, reinforcement and sealing works - Asphalt restoration of roadway and bicycle path areas
