TENDER DESCRIPTION

Erection and provision of site scaffolding for the refurbishment of the Olympic marquee roof in the Olympic Park Munich (Bavaria, DE). The Olympic marquee roof covers a total area of approx. 78,000 m² and spans the Olympic Stadium, open-air areas (intermediate roofs) as well as the Olympic Hall and the Olympic swimming hall. The service to be provided includes planning, structural verification and erection of scaffolding at the edge and viewing (eye) areas and at the mast heads of the Olympic Hall and swimming hall. Specifically, spatial scaffolds are installed at the edge areas and suspended scaffolds at the viewing (eye) areas of the roofs, as well as at the mast heads. In addition, scaffold towers are to be provided for access to the roof and the necessary escape routes, and fall protection measures are to be installed. For the most part, the scaffolding is to be sheathed dust-tight and access is to be established via airlocks.
