Planning services according to HOAI 2021 for service phases 3 - 9 for the specialist planning of technical equipment system groups 4, 5, and 8 with phased commissioning for the following construction project: New construction of three residential developments with around 368 residential units, small-scale commercial and retail units (ground floor of all buildings; MU (2) also 1st upper floor) and up to 8 full floors, underground garage (180 parking spaces) and municipal daycare center with 3 nursery and 3 kindergarten groups on the site of the new creative quarter, sub-area Creative Platform, MU (2), MU (3) and MU (4) with connection to the new Romy-Schneider-Platz. The building complexes MU (2), MU (3) and MU (4), residential with commercial share on the ground floor at the public Romy-Schneider-Platz, are already planned up to and including LPH3 – design planning. The building areas are connected in the basement by a shared underground garage. This is located beneath the building structures as well as the open space of the new Romy-Schneider-Platz.
