TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the planning of an object-specific track superstructure system for the new-build route “Tram Munich North” in the area of the bridge over the DB-Nordring, including the adjacent transition areas. The scope of services includes the planning of a fixed trackbed system for the bridge area, the planning of the track superstructure systems in the abutment areas, the detailed design for the rail cantilever extraction devices, and the planning of the transitions to the subsequent ballasted track with transverse sleepers. The planning is to be carried out taking into account the requirements of BOStrab, the applicable technical codes and standards, as well as the project-specific requirements of the contracting authority. Essential boundary conditions include, among other things, a limited track superstructure height of 24.0 cm, consideration of the track–bridge interaction, and planning of the longitudinal force transfer between the track superstructure and the bridge structure.
