TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Health and Safety Coordinator assumes project-related coordination of health and safety for the construction measure Isar-Düker in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance (Baustellenverordnung). The service includes, in particular, the preparation and/or updating of the prior notification, the SiGe plan and the SiGe document, coordination of safety-relevant interfaces between the parties involved in the construction work, as well as participation in construction meetings and inspections. Special focus areas include the safety-critical construction phases of pipe jacking/microtunneling, the start and reception construction pits, lifting and installation operations, logistics areas, rescue and alarm organization, flood and emergency/hazard (havarie) concepts, as well as the interfaces with traffic, other utilities/services (Fremdsparten), construction supervision (Bauüberwachung), contractors and authorities.
