TENDER DESCRIPTION

The health and safety coordinator takes over the project-related coordination of health and safety for the construction measure Isar aqueduct crossing in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance (Baustellenverordnung). The service includes, in particular, the preparation and/or updating of the prior notification (Vorankündigung), the SiGe plan (SiGe-Plan) and the SiGe document (SiGe-Unterlage), coordinating safety-relevant interfaces between parties involved in the construction site, and participation in construction meetings and inspections. Special emphasis is placed on the safety-critical construction phases of pipe jacking/microtunnelling, the start and receiving construction pits, lifting and installation operations, logistics areas, rescue and alarm organization, flood and incident/emergency concepts, as well as the interfaces with traffic, third-party utilities (Fremdsparten), construction supervision (Bauüberwachung), contractors (Auftragnehmer) and authorities (Behörden).
