TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes environmental construction supervision and ecological construction supervision for the Isar culvert construction measure of SWM in connection with the expansion of the Föhringer Ring. The subject matter is environmental technical support for the open and environmentally relevant construction phases, in particular construction pits, construction roads, use of areas, reinstatement, as well as protection of nature, species, soil and water. UBB/ÖBB supports the implementation of the relevant conservation-related requirements, checks, on a sample basis, evidence that is environmentally relevant from the water rights decision, and documents findings, deviations and recommendations. Technical construction site supervision, construction management, or independent implementation of ancillary provisions under water law is not part of the service. During the pure tunnelling phase, no regular UBB services are planned unless environmental special events occur.
