TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes environmental construction supervision and ecological construction supervision for the construction measure “Isar-Düker” by SWM in connection with the expansion of Föhringer Ring. The subject matter is the expert environmental support for the open and environmentally relevant construction phases, in particular construction pits, temporary roads for construction traffic, land take, reinstatement and protection of nature, species, soil and water. The UBB/ÖBB supports the implementation of the relevant conservation-related requirements, carries out sample checks of evidence relevant to the environment from the water rights decision and documents findings, deviations and recommendations. Technical construction monitoring, construction management supervision, or independent implementation of water-law ancillary provisions is not part of the service. During the pure pipe-jacking phase, no regular UBB services are planned unless any environmentally relevant special events occur. The service also includes appointments, site inspections, individual assessments in case of deviations, ongoing documentation as well as final site inspection and final report.
