TENDER DESCRIPTION

Installation work as part of the 110 kV renewal at UW THE in two construction phases. The invitation to tender includes, among other things: - Site set-up including construction power supply, securing the construction site, on-site construction management as well as coordination of all companies involved. For the construction period, a coordinator is to be appointed in accordance with DGUV - Complete dismantling of the existing SF6 gas-insulated 110 kV switchgear including compressed-air and SF6 supply, auxiliary structures, earthing connections and steel components. - Inspection and upgrading of the earthing system, as well as foundation and deep earthing electrodes. Proof of functionality by means of an earthing test. - Supply, laying and connection of auxiliary cables. The essential auxiliary cable types include, among others, NYCY 2x4 mm², NYCY 7x2.5 mm², NYCY 14x2.5 mm² as well as numerous core connections of different cross-sections. - Manufacture of two 110 kV transformer connection points including planning, calculation and static evidence. - Carrying out all required functional tests, interlocking tests, inspections (acceptance) and commissioning.
