TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the construction project for the site yard access road and the measures carried out in this context, reclaimed materials of various types will be generated in the coming years. The subject of performance of this tender is the disposal of various mineral and non-mineral materials. Mineral materials (soil, track ballast, concrete, asphalt, etc.) will be transported by the executing construction companies to an interim storage facility provided by the Contractor (AN). There, sampling and analysis will be carried out by a specialist construction supervision assigned by the Contracting Authority (AG) (geological and waste-technical construction monitoring). On the basis of the analysis results, the materials are to be directed to recovery/disposal. The interim storage area should be designed such that, at peak times, up to approximately 10,000 tonnes of contaminated excavated material with unknown contamination levels can be stored temporarily in a professional manner and made available for sampling at the same time.
