TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes fire protection planning in accordance with AHO volume No. 17 (2023) for the new construction of the Energy Centre (EZ) in the Virginia Depot (VD) geothermal project. The EZ supplies district heating from renewable energies and is an essential milestone for the heat transition of the LHM. The facility is intended to generate up to 110 MW/th. The EZ is supplied via a thermal water pipeline (TWT) of approx. 350 m in length from the underground facility (UTA) with geothermal heat; further functional areas are the 110 kV customer facility (in the east) with the switchgear and frequency converters as well as the NSHV with transformers / FUs, etc., the heat exchangers and large heat pumps (in the north) with the corresponding thermal water and district heating distribution and pipeline construction generally, as well as the chiller units with the air-cooled condensers (on the DG) and the general social rooms (on the OGs). In addition, a PV system is to be planned on the greened DG. In the client’s (AG) concept, the floor area of the EZ is approx. +3,300 m2.
