TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to expand an existing district cooling central plant at the HKW Süd site to supply the district cooling network. The subject of this procurement is the execution of the complete pipeline construction as well as all mechanical engineering, with the exception of the components provided by the contracting authority, for the 2nd construction phase of the district cooling central plant. For the pipeline construction, approximately 900 m of pipelines (DN150 - DN600) and approximately 2400 m of pipelines (DN25 - DN100) including valves and sensors are required. For the mechanical engineering, the main items are 12 pumps and partial electric steam degassing. In addition to the execution, the contractor shall, in advance, complete the planning services with the execution planning (detailed engineering), including pipe statics and site planning.
