TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to expand an existing district cooling central plant at the HKW South site in order to supply the district cooling network. The subject of this procurement is the execution of the complete piping works as well as all mechanical engineering, with the exception of the components provided by the contracting authority for the 2nd construction phase of the district cooling central plant. For the piping works, approx. 900 m of pipelines (DN150 - DN600) and approx. 2400 m of pipelines (DN25 - DN100) are required, including valves and sensors. For the mechanical engineering, this mainly involves 12 pumps and part-electricity gasification. In addition to the execution, the contractor shall, in advance, complete the planning services together with the execution planning (detailed engineering), including pipe static calculations and site planning.
