TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award is local construction supervision services for the diversion and adaptation of gas and water supply installations in connection with the extension of the U-Bahn line U5 West in Munich. The services include construction supervision of the pipeline installations in the approval planning sections PA77 and PA79, including quality, schedule and cost control, monitoring pressure tests, connections and commissioning, coordination of interfaces with other trades and subsequent work packages, and assistance with measurement (quantities), invoice and variation order (change order) reviews. The project is carried out in an inner-city environment with tight spatial boundary conditions, numerous parties involved in the project and complex dependencies on the U-Bahn construction project.
