TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract award is local construction supervision services for the diversion and adjustment of gas and water supply systems in connection with the extension of the U-Bahn line U5 West in Munich. The services include construction supervision of pipeline installations in the planning approval sections PA77 and PA79, including quality, schedule and cost control, monitoring pressure tests, tie-ins and commissioning, coordinating interfaces with other trades and follow-on work, and assisting with measurement (as-built) take-offs, invoice and variation order reviews. The project is carried out in an inner-city environment with tight spatial boundary conditions, numerous parties involved in the project, and complex dependencies related to the U-Bahn construction project. The construction supervision covers, in particular, the gas and water trades, as well as coordination with other infrastructure and civil engineering construction measures.
