TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the general refurbishment of the U-Bahn station Poccistraße, extensive natural stone and floor covering works will be carried out on wall and platform surfaces. The scope of services includes planning, surveying, sample approval, supply and installation of natural and artificial stone coverings, as well as the manufacture of a tactile guidance system to improve accessibility. Key services include cleaning existing natural stone wall cladding using gentle micro-abrasive blasting methods, the partial removal and reinstatement of natural stone cladding, the renewal and supplementation of floor coverings made of precast concrete stone and granite, and the manufacture of platform edges including the required substructure and screed works. The measure also includes the manufacture of a tactile guidance system in accordance with standards, with ribbed, studded and signal plates; adaptation to existing installations and manhole cover plates; carrying out repair and grinding works on existing surfaces; and all cleaning, protection and documentation services.
