TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the general refurbishment of the U-Bahn station Poccistraße, extensive natural stone and floor finishing works will be carried out on wall and platform surfaces. The scope of services includes planning, surveying, samples/selection, supply and installation of natural and artificial stone coverings, as well as the production of a tactile guidance system to improve accessibility. The key services include cleaning existing natural stone wall cladding using gentle micro-abrasive jet methods, the partial removal and reinstatement of natural stone cladding, the renewal and addition of floor coverings made of precast concrete stone and granite, and the production of platform edges including the required subbase and screed works. The measure further includes the production of a tactile guidance system compliant with standards with ribbed, studded and signal plates, adaptation to existing built-in items and manhole cover slabs, the carrying out of repair and grinding works on existing surfaces, as well as all cleaning, protection and documentation services.
