As part of the restoration and redesign of the sauna area renewed due to a fire damage at the Prinzregentenbad München, the air-handling systems will be newly installed. The scope of services includes the dismantling of existing ventilation systems including disposal, as well as the supply and installation of new AHU units, roof fans, air ducts and air pipework, fire protection dampers, silencers, volume flow controllers, air outlets and insulation. In addition, commissioning, balancing and adjustment, hygiene and functional tests, inspections by authorized experts, trial operation, documentation and operator instruction are included.
