TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the restoration and redesign of the sauna area renewed due to a fire incident at the Prinzregentenbad Munich, the air-handling installations are to be newly constructed. The services include the dismantling of existing ventilation systems, including disposal, as well as the supply and installation of new RLT units (air-handling units), roof fans, air ducts and air pipes, fire protection dampers, sound attenuators, volumetric flow controllers, air outlets and insulation. It also includes commissioning, balancing/adjustment, hygiene and functional tests, expert approvals, trial operation, documentation and operator instruction. The work is to be carried out in the existing building, taking into account adjacent uses.
