TENDER DESCRIPTION

In connection with the higher-level plans for the U9/U29 relieving bracket for the Munich underground network of the Landeshauptstadt München, structural additions and alterations to the existing Theresienstraße underground station (U-Bf. TH) on lines U1/U2 are required. The object planning for buildings and interior spaces, in accordance with the HOAI service specification §34 in phases LPH 1-4, is the subject of this tender. The existing station has a gross floor area (BGF) of approximately 7,500 m²; the structural additions concern, in accordance with the existing preliminary studies, a gross floor area of approximately 4,000 m². The required adjustments to the existing facilities involve a gross floor area of approximately 1,350 m².
