TENDER DESCRIPTION

In connection with the overarching plans for the U9/U29 relief span for the U-Bahn network of the state capital Munich (Landeshauptstadt München), structural additions and adjustments to the existing Theresienstraße underground station (U-Bf. TH) on lines U1/U2 are required. The object planning for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with the HOAI service profile §34 in LPH 1-4 is the subject of this tender. The existing station has a gross floor area (BGF) of approximately 7,500 m²; the structural additions, according to the existing preliminary investigations, concern a BGF of approximately 4,000 m², the necessary adjustments to the existing structure, with a BGF of approximately 1,350 m².
