SVA/4620-480/2026: Thermal modernization of buildings no. 5, 18, 19 within the military complex at 9 Maja Street 95, 98-100 Łask. The subject of the contract is thermal modernization of buildings no. 5, 18, 19 within the military complex at 9 Maja Street 95, 87-100 Łask, including works (common for each of the buildings) and/or:• dismantling the lightning protection system from the roof and walls;• dismantling the eaves strip made of felt on the flat roof/roof deck (only for building 5, 19);• dismantling sheet-metal flashings, gutters, downspouts, and external window sills;• dismantling window grilles;• dismantling windows (only for building no. 18);• dismantling garage doors (only for building no. 18);• removal of rubble (waste card) and felt for disposal (waste card);• removal of scrap and sale at a scrap dealer (invoice);• installation of a new exterior lighting system for the building (only for building no. 18, 19);• installation of window joinery (only for building no. 18);• installation of garage doors (only for building no. 18);• vertical anti-moisture insulation of the foundation walls with XPS insulation;• insulating the plinth with XPS together with laying a fiberglass…
